www.havanawoodscigars.com firmly adheres to the policy of not selling tobacco products to anyone younger than 21 (or, if that is higher, the legal minimum age in your local jurisdiction). You must attest to being of legal age in order to place an order on our website for tobacco products and or that the intended receiver of the tobacco products in your order is older than 21. Attempting to purchase tobacco goods when under the legal age limit is prohibited.
Duties, Taxes and Licenses
Customers are solely responsible for all customs, taxes, and licenses incurred while shopping at havanawoodscigars.com. Havanawoods Cigars cannot be held accountable (or guarantee for) any orders that have outstanding taxes, duties, or permits.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after purchase. Estimate delivery times are between 5-15 days. It is important to note that the actual delivery times may vary depending on the postal services in your state.
Refund and cancelation policy
Orders can be canceled without incurring penalty fees if the cancellation is made within 24 hours. To initiate a cancellation, please submit your request in writing to havanawoodscigars@gmail.com. If we receive your cancellation request after the 24-hour window or if the order has already been processed, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged once the returned parcel arrives at our warehouse.
When you place an order with us, you consent to reach out to Havanawoods Cigars Corp. customer service prior to initiating any disputes with your credit card company. Failure to adhere to this agreement will result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of any future orders.
Delivery is assured; however, Havanawoods cigars cannot be held liable for any orders where the client has supplied incorrect shipping information or is not present at the specified address during delivery. If the products are returned to our warehouses in satisfactory condition, a refund may be requested, though it will incur a 20% administrative fee.
Complaints or Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide a positive experience for every client. If you have any concerns or complaints about the quality of your order, please reach out to us at havanawoodscigars@gmail.com within three days of receiving it. To help us resolve your issue effectively, include details such as your order number, any relevant photos, and other documentation. Please note that all return packages must receive authorization from Havanawoods Cigars before being shipped. Packages sent without our prior approval will not be eligible for a refund. Once you have received authorization, please send us the tracking number right away.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not accept returns if you do not like the flavour of the cigar.
